Zu den KursenLehren - Leiten - Motivieren
Das regionale Fortbildungsprogramm für Unterrichtende an der vh Ulm und den Volkshochschulen der Region Donau-Iller ist ein wesentlicher Beitrag zur Qualitätssicherung. Dozent*innen sollen die Möglichkeit erhalten, sich neben ihrer fachlichen Qualifikationen zusätzliches Wissen anzueignen, um Lerninhalte erwachsenenbildungsgerecht und themengemäß zu vermitteln.
Die Schulungen decken ein breites Themenspektrum ab: Konzepte für einen modernen zielgerichteten Unterrichtsaufbau, Evaluierung, psychologische Aspekte im Unterricht, digitale Lehre, KI, Förderung kreativer Methoden, Rhythmus und Bewegung, Stimme, Sprache und Kommunikation, persönliches Auftreten, Austausch mit anderen Kursleiter*innen und vieles mehr.
