Dieses Seminar ist besonders gut geeignet für alle, denen das Stillsitzen in der Meditation eher schwerfällt. Einfache Bewegungsabläufe wechseln sich mit statisch gehaltenen Asanas ab. Der Fokus der Aufmerksamkeit liegt dabei immer auf dem Rhythmus des eigenen Atems, bzw. auf der Verbindung von Atem und Bewegung. Es wird warm, die Energie beginnt zu fließen, außen und innen, Einheit entsteht, Kopf- und Herzraum werden still.
