Yogalehrerin, Yogalehrer*in-Ausbilderin Beate Herteux ließ sich am Yogazentrum Ulm zur Yogalehrerin ausbilden. Regelmäßige Fortbildungen zur Vertiefung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer eigenen Yogapraxis folgten. Seit 2016 bietet sie im »Raum für Yoga« in Nördlingen sowohl Gruppen- als auch Einzelunterricht an. Zentrierte Achtsamkeit, Einssein mit dem, was man gerade tut, verbunden mit einer präzisen Ausrichtung in den Asanas, zeichnen ihren Unterrichtsstil aus, der gleichzeitig auch Raum lässt für Individualität und Kreativität.
