Wir verarbeiten in jedem Gericht ein Stück vom Wild. Zur Vorspeise gibt es Wildmaultaschen, einen klassischen Braten, kurzgebratenes Wild und ein Dessert zum Abschluss. Das Wild kommt vom regionalen Jäger.
