Creative Writing - find your voice
The workshop is held in English
Dozentin:
Dr. Nadine Buscher
Material: Please bring your own writing tools (paper and pencils or digital options)
Every writer sees the world differently. The challenge is finding a way of writing that reflects that unique perspective.
In this weekend workshop, we will explore one of the most elusive and rewarding aspects of creative writing: voice. Through a series of guided exercises, readings, and writing prompts, participants will experiment with tone, style, point of view, rhythm, and language. The goal is not to imitate established writers, but to discover what makes your own writing distinctive.
Whether you write fiction, memoir, or simply enjoy exploring language, this workshop offers a space to develop confidence, take creative risks, and deepen your relationship with your writing.
Suitable for both emerging and experienced writers. No previous publication experience is required.
The workshop is held in English.
Nadine Buscher holds a PhD in English Literature and a Diploma in Creative Writing. She is the author of four published novels as well as short fiction, has worked with publishers in the US and Germany, and was a quarterfinalist in the Final Draft Big Break screenwriting competition.
