Aus- und Weiterbildungen: Gestaltberatung, Autogenes Training, Meditation, Yoga-Ayurveda-Massage, Cranio-Sacral-Balancing. Seit vielen Jahren als Yogalehrende und Seminarleiterin bei verschiedenen Institutionen tätig. Konzipierung einer Weiterbildungsreihe im Baustein-System (6 Seminareinheiten) »Hatha-Yoga auf der Grundlage der altindischen Erfahrungsmedizin -– Ayurveda –- mit einem besonderen Blick auf die Dosha- und Marma-Lehre«. Ausbildungsleitung für Hatha-Yoga-Lehrer*innen-Ausbildung der Sebastian-Kneipp-Akademie sowie Ausbildungsreferentin im Yogazentrum Ulm. Von 1999 bis 2012 Vorstandsmitglied und seit 2012 Beiratssprecherin im Verband der Yogalehrenden im Kneipp Bund-vylk.
