Bäckermeister Andreas Stolz gibt seit über 10 Jahren Brotbackkurse für die vh Ulm im historischen Backhaus in Öllingen. Das Backen im Holzofen ist seine große Leidenschaft und diese teilt er gerne mit interessierten Hobbybäcker*innen. Als Bäckermeister und Konditor kann er auch auf knifflige Fragen der Teilnehmer*innen eingehen und ihnen Profi-Tipps mit auf den Weg geben. In seinen Backkursen lernen die Teilnehmer*innen, dass Brotbacken kein Hexenwerk ist und dass man auf traditionelle Weise und mit wenigen Zutaten ein schmackhaftes und leckeres Brot zaubern kann.
