Die vielfältigen Übungen des Hatha Yoga nutzen um den Körper auf sanfte Art zu bewegen. Dabei verspannte Muskeln und Faszien lockern, so Spannung lösen, damit der Atem frei fließen kann. Den achtsamen Umgang mit sich selbst lernen und die eigene Grenze wahrnehmen.
