Die Mitgliederversammlung ist das zentrale Organ eines Vereins – hier werden die wichtigsten Entscheidungen getroffen, Vorstand und Kassenprüfer:innen gewählt sowie Berichte vorgestellt. Damit alles reibungslos verläuft, braucht es eine gute Vorbereitung und klare Abläufe.
In dieser Fortbildung erfährst Du, welche rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen zu beachten sind, wie eine Einladung korrekt gestaltet wird und welche Punkte auf die Tagesordnung gehören. Du lernst, wie Beschlüsse rechtssicher gefasst und dokumentiert werden, welche Rolle die Versammlungsleitung spielt und wie Du souverän mit Anträgen oder kontroversen Diskussionen umgehst.
Anhand praktischer Beispiele erhältst Du wertvolle Tipps für die Durchführung und Nachbereitung – von der Protokollführung bis zur Umsetzung von Beschlüssen. So gewinnst Du Sicherheit für Deine nächste Mitgliederversammlung und sorgst dafür, dass sie transparent, fair und effizient abläuft.
