Viele Vereine sind nach 1990 gegründet worden und stehen heute vor einem tiefgreifenden Generationenwechsel. Die alten Vorstände mit mehr al 20 Stunden Arbeitszeit in der Woche gehören der Vergangenheit an. Das neue Ehrenamt ist kürzer, projektbezogen und die Besetzung von Vorstandsposten wird immer schwieriger. Im Online-Seminar wird es um Strategien gehen, wie der Generationenwechsel gelingen kann. Bringt auch eure Erfahrung mit ein, gern diskutieren wir darüber.
