Wir zaubern Gerichte rund um das Thema Fisch und Meeresfrüchte. Wie bereite ich einen Fisch im Ganzen zu oder wie bringe ich Garnelen oder Muscheln in Pasta und Reisgerichte gut ein. Wir lernen Gerichte wie eine Bouillabaise oder Paella kennen, genauso landen perfekt gegarte Fische auf unseren Tellern.
