
Hatha Yoga helps us to maintain the balance of our energetic channels through certain postures and breathing exercises. Vinyasa means to move with the breath, which connects body and mind.
In this dynamic but also gentle class, you can experience this trough a creative and fluid sequence of asanas (yoga postures), which will lead you to a moving meditation. The classes are never the same. Each class contains a variety of postures that are strung together building a beautiful flow, always with gentle music in the background.
